18" Dolls

Darby Bitterroot Montana. Darby is the ambassador doll from Montana, which means she goes to all the doll events with me. She is an 18 American Girl of Today by Pleasant Company. Marked Pleasant Company on back of head. Vinyl head, full arms and legs, cloth body. Blond straight hair, blue eyes. Darby was a gift from the Lakeland Florida American Girl Book and Doll Club to the Darby American Girl Book and Doll Club. This was her costume for the Circus theme program.

Summer Elise Flores. Summer is the ambassador doll from Lakeland Floriday, which means she goes to most of the doll events with me and Darby. She is an 18 American Girl of Today by Pleasant Company. Marked Pleasant Company on back of head. Vinyl head, full arms and legs, cloth body. Blond wavy hair, brown eyes. Summer was a gift from the Lakeland Florida American Girl Book and Doll Club to the Darby American Girl Book and Doll club. This is Summer's leathers. The helmet is a sample that was given to my husband. It fit her perfectly and I made the leathers from scrapes left over from my husband's leather work. The all wood motorcycle was bought many years ago through a mail order catalog.

Felicity Merriman. 18 American Girl Historic Character, by Pleasant Company. Marked Pleasant Company on back of head. Vinyl head, full arms and legs, cloth body. Auburn straight hair with spit curls around face, green eyes. Felicity is my first American Girl doll. I traded a bunch of Muffy Bear bears, clothes, and furniture at the Billings doll show for her. She came with her original Meet outfit. She is wearing a dress and pinafore made by Susan at Sassy Sew in Hamilton Montana. Susan makes absolutely beautiful doll clothes and I am the proud owner of many of her creations.

Here's Summer and Darby dog sledding.
Summer, Darby and Molly sledding and tubing. What fun!
It's not all fun and games. Sometimes you have to shovel the snow.
But then you get to build a snowman.
  And make snow angels.
  And snow shoe.
  BakingChristmas cookies.
  Cutting the Christmas tree.
Visiting the minature horses who live just up the road.
